Главную площадь города снова украсила огромная буква П, которая теперь встречается здесь на каждом углу.

The city’s central square is once again adorned with a giant letter “П.” These letters can now be seen on every corner.

Подземные мусоросборники ставят теперь группами.

Underground garbage containers are now installed in groups.

Велодорожки из баловства вдоль одной улицы превратились в полноценную часть дорожной инфраструктуры. Их даже столбиками отделили.

Bike paths, previously a fanciful experiment along a single street, have become a full-fledged part of the road infrastructure. They’ve even been separated from the main traffic with little posts.

Знак с непривычным для России ограничением — парковка не больше, чем на три часа. Совершенно непонятно, как проверять хронометраж и, главное, как наказывать наплевавших.

A sign with an unusual restriction for Russia: parking is permitted for up to three hours only. It’s completely unclear how to monitor this and, most importantly, how to punish those who ignore it.
