It’s safe to say, without the least bit of exaggeration, that Bari is the world capital of balconies.

There isn’t a single building here whose facade doesn’t consist of balconies.

Absolutely everything is covered in balconies.

Every corner.

The balcony can be small, but you’ve got to have one.

A bus stop.

The crosswalks with curb ramps are interesting here: the ramps are all offset and have handrails.

A city trash can.

A shop window.

And balconies, balconies all around.
