August I’ve been here twice previously—in May and September of 2004. The mountains are still just as lovely.  A trash can.  A fire hydrant.  An Andorra traffic light.  An interesting local feature is that the crosswalks aren’t just painted with red and white stripes—the stripes are also staggered. In some places, the red and white stripes are duplicated in concrete. Presumably, this increases drivers’ attentiveness.  |
