April Trash cans are set up in pairs. One for recycling, one for not. I have no idea how they determine what can and can’t be recycled here. One model: ![]() Another model: ![]() Trash collection carts. ![]() Like in Hong Kong, all the cable tunnels are located under the sidewalks. But there’s a unique feature here: diamond-shaped tin plates marking the contents of the tunnel below. ![]() Another local feature: traffic cones for any and all occasions. ![]() More substantial barriers. ![]() Guangzhou is yet another Chinese city where the scale of construction work defies the imagination. It’s amazing how much has been built here already. ![]() A bus stop. ![]() Directional signs to the restrooms and subway stop. ![]() For some reason, every passenger is given a free bottle of water at Chinese train stations. They stamp your ticket so that you can’t get a second one. ![]() |
