IzhevskMapFebruary 7, 2014 Parts of the city are quite nice. For some reason, there seems to be a lack of real estate taking advantage of these views.  But there seems to be no lack of people wanting to get a photo next to this nicely-made sign, judging by the tracks in the snow.
